[Solved]Fingerprint protection failing? [android]

Hi community,
I visited this site and ran the test to see how secure Brave is on Android.

I discovered that even though my fingerprint protection is on, this site still determines my fingerprint on Android 4.4.2.

When I visit this site with my Linux install, I get the same results, i.e. no fingerprinting protection?

Brave: 0.17.1
rev: 84dbc8e72cf13bbbecb639ac6ed31b004fff8ec6
Muon: 4.0.3
libchromiumcontent: 59.0.3071.86
V8: 5.9.211.31
Node.js: 7.9.0
Update Channel: dev
os.platform: linux
os.release: 4.4.71-1-MANJARO
os.arch: x64

The good news is that Brave blocks tracking ads and invisible trackers

Hey there…

I may not have a solution to your issue for the fingerprint…

However I wouldn’t at with it myself even for locking my phone… because if anything ever happened to me and I lost blood or died no one would be able to u lock my fone…

Ease consider this
Take care

Currently only WebRTC and WebGL fingerprint is implemented. Canvas fingerprint blocking is still under development.

Hope this helps. Will be closing the thread. Please open a new thread if you find any other issues
