If you mean you claimed on your rewards profile but it doesn’t show up in Gemini (Since Uphold users don’t get the claim button), I will suggest waiting for a few hours.
Also as @Saoiray already mentioned, you need to be more specific about your issue, we can’t just assume what your problem is and give you an apparent solution.
