Sluggish behavior but only with Brave

Problem Report, sluggish behavior

Program: Brave 1.76.82
Fresh install after a PC reboot and I have tried it several times.

Description: Opening a new tab in brave takes time but it opens without delay with chrome and firefox on the same PC.
When typing it is the same, characters come after a while and only with brave.

System: AMD Ryzen 5 3600, Windows 10 stationary pc.
No problems on my other PC’s running intel on windows 10.
Works also fine on Macbook pro.

Observed behavior:
All i/o are slow in brave, both mouse and keyboard. This seems to be unique to Brave and not to other programs.

It was the hardware acceleration problem (setting in settings/system).
Works fine when disabled.
