Slow page loading and sometimes freeze on 100Mbps connection

Description of the issue:
New tabs load very slowly starting with last 1 or 2 releases and Brave freezes writing text (like here).
How can this issue be reproduced?

  1. Open new tab
  2. Wait
  3. Wait

Expected result:
Fast loading. No freezes.
Brave Version( check About Brave): 1.9.80

Mobile Device details
Samsung S2 tablet. Android 7.
Additional Information:
This has been reported before, just within the last couple of months. But topics get closed without resolution.
