Slide with touchpad issue

Description of the issue:
How can this issue be reproduced?

  1. Go to a website that has slider
  2. Using the touchpad, swipe down with two fingers to lower the slider
  3. It does not slow down at normal speed, but does it very fast. This bug does not occur in other chromium browsers

Expected result:
Swipe down but with less speed.
