Since update Brave can't remember anything

Description of the issue:

Since I updated last Brave behaves like its in incognito mode all the time, I used to be left logged into things like my email and youtube when I closed and reopened the browser but I’m not anymore.

How to reproduce:

  1. Login to you email
  2. Close the browser
  3. Reopen the browser

Expected result

No longer logged into email

Brave Version:

1.4.95

First, did you have any options enabled for “Clear on exit” under brave://settings/clearBrowserData?

Oh yes thanks no idea why but a load of those setting turned themselves on. Thank you!
