Since recent patch, Brave hides window title bar. Can't find setting to disable new behavior

Description of the issue: After a recent update, Brave has started hiding the title bar of the window during prolonged use and when launching the browser.
How can this issue be reproduced?

  1. Maximise Brave window to cover the entire desktop. Observe the presence of the title bar.
  2. Close Brave.
  3. Restart Brave. Observe absence of title bar.

Expected result:

  1. Brave title bar remain visible at all times unless prompted to do so by user.

Brave Version( check About Brave): Version 1.30.87 Chromium: 94.0.4606.71 (Official Build) (64-bit)

Additional Information: This behaviour is distinct from going into fullscreen mode by pressing F11.
I am mainly looking for a setting that disables this behaviour, but have failed to find one in brave://settings/.

Same here on Ubuntu Ubuntu 18.04.6 LTS with Brave V1.31.87 (Oct 19, 2021) on Xfce Desktop. This is a very un-intuitive behavior and I did not find a way to disable it via the settings or about:flags.
