SIGSEGV errors while browsing, mainly on Stack Overflow

After the latest Brave update, I frequently encounter SIGSEGV errors.

But there’s a constant issue: I can barely view any pages on the Stack Overflow site. Most of them start to load, but in the end, I get the SIGSEGV error.

The worst part is that this error also appears on these support forums. I had to open Firefox to be able to share this issue with you.

I’m using the version 1.75.180 Chromium: 133.0.6943.126 (Build oficial) (64 bits) in Spanish.

And these are the specifications of my computer.

CPU: quad core AMD FX-4100 (-MT MCP-) speed/min/max: 4158/1400/3600 MHz
Kernel: 6.6.75-2-MANJARO x86_64
Up: 7h 9m Mem: 6.23/7.49 GiB (83.1%)
Storage: 1.35 TiB (57.8% used) Procs: 304 Shell: Zsh inxi: 3.3.37

Any advice is welcome. Thank you for the help.

I’m sorry, but I can’t work like this. I’m switching to Firefox until this situation is resolved.

In the end I could not find a solution to this problem, it seems to be a bug in Chromium.

I could not continue with Brave as my main browser.

I found refuge with LibreWolf, I adapted quickly and as long as it doesn’t fail I will continue using it.

Good and fast performance, good privacy options, almost like Brave but based on Firefox.

Thanks Brave !!!
