Simply, I would like to have the items added in the Sidebar to be synced with the rest of the Brave Sync options…

## Description
Ordering, website icons, and sidebar settings as a group should be be sync-able across devices that have a sidebar implementation.
## Steps to Reproduce
1. Open a tab to any site
2. Add the site to the sidebar using the + icon on the sidebar (in my case I was using Linux desktop)
3. On another Linux desktop open Brave instance that is part of your sync chain
## Actual result:
The sidebar does not have the entries added on the first desktop
## Expected result:
It contains all the entries you added on the first desktop
## Reproduces how often:
Always
## Brave version (brave://version info)
