Sidebar isn't backed up on sync chain

I was surprised when I restored from chain and found that the new sidebar isn’t backed up.

@Alice2095 this seems to be more of a feature not supported currently than a bug. The OP means the sidebar on Windows / Macs doesn’t sync when we enable Brave sync I guess.

I thought I had restored once before and it had worked, but I guess it was never thing.
