Description of the issue:
Bookmarks always return to “Mobile Bookmarks”

How can this issue be reproduced?

Expected result:
Should as defined in Setting “Show Last Visited Bookmarks” and not revert to Bookmarks - Start = “Mobile Bookmarks”

Brave Version( check About Brave):
Version 1.33 (21.12.14.16)

Mobile Device details
iOS 15.2 (19C56)
iPad PRO 9.7" 32GB

I am suddenly having the same issue since upgrading to Brave 1.33 on my iPad.

In previous versions, Brave would hold my bookmark folder place. Since upgrading to version 1.33, Brave defaults to the top level folder.

This behavior is greatly annoying and time consuming by having to start from the top bookmark folder every time I want to open another website.

  • Brave version: 1.33

This problem started for me last week. Very frustrating. I have “Show Last Visited Bookmarks” turn on, but it has no effect. When I click on the bookmarks icon shortcut, it displays the “Mobile Bookmarks” and the “Desktop Bookmarks” folders every time.

Confirmed by me too.

This morning I updated my iPad to Brave version 1.34 and the bookmark issue was fixed!

Version 1.34 (22.1.10.19)
