Shields Built-in AdGuard Turkish Filter list does not work properly

If I use the built-in Brave Shields AdGuard Turkish filter list on some sites e.g. Dizipal some Ad Banners show up. If i add AdGuard Turkish list link manually from their site (https://adguard.com/kb/general/ad-filtering/adguard-filters/) this issue does not happen.

Did the issue present with default Shields settings? (yes/no)
