Description of the issue:
After clearing all browsing data, shield settings set in Settings > Privacy are not taken into account.
Here is a video after clearing all data, HTTPS everywhere and fingerprint protection disabled in Settings > Privacy
We can see that despite these two being unchecked in privacy settings, they are enabled.
We have to toggle twice the settings to set them to the correct state.

I can reproduce by clearing all browsing data, but I first encountered it when I updated the app to the fully rebuilt version early april.
