Shield block image

Description of the issue:
Shield block image
on the page the image adw.jpg will not be shown
when the tracker is activ.

How can this issue be reproduced?

  1. start brave
  2. url

Expected result:
the image should always be shown

Brave Version( check About Brave):
Brave 0.69.135 Chromium: 77.0.3865.120 (Offizieller Build) (32-Bit)

If the image ADW. jpg is renamed to ADWb1.jpg, then it will be displayed.

If the filename of an image is ‘adw’, ‘adw1’, ‘adw2’ or ‘adw3’ then this image will be
tracked and not displayed.

Since the renaming of the file, the page is rendering fine. the filter in question isn’t being hit anymore.

Specifically /adw.

After intensive testing I found out that the names ‘adw’, ‘adw1’ , ‘adw2’ and ‘adw3’ are not used on a website if shield is activated.
In the meantime, I’ve checked hundreds of websites and replaced those names with other names.
It now seems that my websites are be displayed correctly with Brave.

Are there any other names that can not be used because of shield?
