Description of the issue:
I use android, a laptop(Windows), and a Windows desktop(all in the sync chain). My android and laptop histories are both visible on all 3 devices, but my desktop history is not visible on either of the other 2 devices. Each device has ‘history’ marked to ‘sync’.
Also, of much less importance to me, though you might want to be aware, often, deleted history items reappear (seemingly, randomly), sometimes dating back several months.

The shared history just isn’t found on devices other than the desktop.
