Several problems in 2 years with Brave Rewards to connect Solana wallet

Good afternoon,
I have had several problems with Brave rewards where I have tried several times to connect my different wallets in Solana (and not only, even with other types of networks) and without success. I wanted to see if anyone could help me resolve this issue.

Hello! If this wallet was previously connected to a custodian and you’re wanting to connect to Solana, you’ll need to reset your Rewards profile.

Resetting Brave Rewards
