Set default download paths for specific file extensions

I am wondering if there is a way to set download paths for different file extensions. For example all .jpg files are downloaded to /home/user/Pictures folder by default and all .mp4 files download to /home/user/Video. The user could set any folder they want for any file extension. It would make organization much better. So far I have not seen any chrome extension that can do this.
