Sessions not persisted across launches

Description:

Authentication sessions are not persisted across launches. Examples of impacted sites are Feedly and Roon Labs Community (Discourse).

To Reproduce

  1. Launch Brave
  2. Navigate to https://feedly.com
  3. Login using a feedly.com (email address) login
  4. Quite Brave
  5. Launch Brave

Note that you are no longer logged in to Feedly.com

Additional Information:

I have no settings enabled which would cause local store or cookies to be cleared. I have disabled all extensions. I have done “Reset settings”. The issue persists.
