Please log in to your Brave Account to refresh your VPN session.
I have login and log out; refresh and close the browser and I am still unable to turn the VPN on.
I sincerely apologize that you are running into this issue. It is a known bug that our engineers are working diligently to resolve as soon as possible. In the meantime, please try to connect to the Brave VPN through your network settings,
- Click the Windows icon on the bottom left of the screen.
- Click on the Settings Gear in the menu.
- Click on Network & Internet
- Click on VPN. You should see Brave VPN in this menu
- Click the Brave VPN to then select connect.
Please keep an eye out for when we are able to announce a full resolution has been implemented.
