'session buddy' - denied extension installation

i have brave on a mac and a pc. I have the ‘session buddy’ extension on the mac, and trying to add it to my pc.
I clicked ‘add to brave’ - then see ‘failed - forbidden’ in the download section, and “An error has occurred/Access denied” on https://chrome.google.com/webstore/detail/session-buddy/edacconmaakjimmfgnblocblbcdcpbko.

tried it again, same thing. why can’t i install it and how can i do so?

not just that extension. But any extension I want to install have that error in brave right now.
