Serious bugs need to fix inmmediatelly

I will try to be clear and simple, as my language is not English and I am doing this with the translator. The browser in android has bugs with the rewards that have not been solved for months, in my case 2 months and I will describe them as I will attach screenshots.

As you can see in the following screenshots, it tells me that I have unclaimed rewards.

When I pulse it shows the following the error. 2 times for two accumulated months.

This is the first bug to be fixed. We continue. As we can see in the following screenshot, I can’t verify my wallet either. When I have it created on the pc and I receive the monthly payment. (In android I have not received the payment in any month, and it has not been added to my wallet in brave, making just a waste of time for 0 bats in 2 months).

Here you can see how on my pc I have the wallet verified in uphold.

This is the second thing that must be corrected. I cannot link my uphold wallet on my mobile device.
Here I show how I have the pc and the mobile synchronized, according to how brave indicates and my wallet still does not appear on the mobile device.

Please brave support, I have been like this for more than two months and I am afraid that this month I also do not charge anything from my mobile device, you must fix this urgently since I am not the only one who complains about this problem and you can check it in the different posts, but I think they were not detailed enough and that’s why maybe you haven’t taken it into account, I sincerely hope that after detailing everything correctly, you will take part in fixing it as soon as possible.

I don’t know if you can translate this but I hope you can.

  1. Make sure you have internet and wifi…
  2. You can’t verify your wallet until you have 25 BAT.
  3. There are some glitches sometimes where your BAT resets, make sure you have internet and refresh a new tab and brave://rewards. After this relaunch brave and if the error consists, contact the developers and report this bug to them.

you guys are joking, you just answer like a bots you take the first thing is passing for your mind and write it, dont write more things if you dont going to get sense accord to the post.

of course i passed safety net, this is nothing to be with i didnt get my bats for two months like a so much users… take a time to look how many post are saying the same 2 months ago we are not getting our bats!

serious? you readed already i have verified uphold wallet and i syncroniced it? or just you write like a bot…

@ELHave can you share a pic of the safetynet result? To confirm, the issue is that the claim button doesn’t work and no BAT is added to your wallet? Please DM me your wallet id.

Greetings @steeven at the beginning of the month, April 6, I was owed 43 bat from my brave account created and they were not transferred to my linked uphold portfolio, please help me

  • Copy/paste your Wallet ID (found on brave://rewards-internals)
  • Your OS and Brave version (first three lines in brave://version)
  • A screenshot of your Rewards panel in Settings --> Brave Rewards.
