The desktop browser eventually separated “Site and Shield Settings” from “Cookies and other site data.” The iOS browser still has these grouped together, so in order to clear cookies you have to also clear site/shield settings. This makes the iOS browser much more difficult to use since frequently it means re-modifying shields on a site-by-site basis. These should be separated like on the desktop browser so users can clear history/cache/cookies/etc. but retain site-specific shield settings.
