Sent a request after I did not get my brave tokens for some months

I send a request using brave help support and 5 days has passed and I did not get any reply yet. ticket is 163960

They must have a lot of tickets. The payout for creators is under progress, and after / during rewards payout, they tend to get a load of tickets, therefore response is slow sometimes. Hoping you’ll get assistance soon!
