I tried to buy Bigeyes Coin with some BNB on my wallet. Transaction says “Error” and I don’t have Bigeyes coin in my wallet but balance of my BNB was deducted. Don’t know how to reproduce it.
Expected result: - Either I receive Bigeyes coin or my BNB balance should not have been deducted.

What do you see in bscscan? What’s the status of the transaction?
Where or how did you buy it? This is very important because there are many scams out there.
Did you try to add Bigeyes token on BSC network manually? It is not listed in Coinmarketcap not in Coingecko, thus it may not be shown automatically.

this is actually my 4th transaction in buying BigEyes. First 3 transactions were all successful. i go to bigeyes.space, connect my brave wallet on my mobile, then just buy the coins with bnb.
