The seek bar freezes while the video is playing and the elapsed time was still running on YouTube, making sliding the bar to the timestap makes too hard.
How can this issue be reproduced?

  1. Go to YouTube.com.
  2. Play a 5 to 30-minute YouTube video.
  3. Tap the video to reveal the Seek bar, it will frozen even you move the slider.
