Seeing ads, but they are not counted

Hi!

I live in Latvia. Since week or two got notified from Brave that ads are available also in Latvia. Switched the ads setup on for 5 ads per hour.
Seeing the ads, but they are not getting counted and not getting any BAT.

Please advise me what’s the issue.
