I have been using Brave for a while now and I can see in my rewards tab that I have seen adds but I do not receive any BAT. For the past month I had like 200 adds and no BAT received. What do I need to do to receive these rewards?
Did you recently connect this month? Your first potential payment will take place during the June payout period.
What do you mean by did I connect? I use Brave every day and in my rewards dashboard I see number of adds but balance for BAT is always 0.
Do I need to visit some special websites to get BAT?
@nenad985 they mean what you were told when you went to enable Rewards. When you enable it and choose your country, it takes you to the Rewards flyover where you see the below:

You must connect to a custodial account like Uphold, ZebPay, or BitFlyer in order to earn. Brave also is shifting to self custody to be paid directly to your Wallet via Solana, but that is invite only. You can read more about that at https://brave.com/blog/rewards-solana/
If you enabled but never connected an account, then you aren’t earning anything.
I, too, got about 200 ads and received what 0.63 BAT.
If you asks about enabling and other stuff, I did that when brave started supporting the region. It got away for a while and returned. So, do you know if this is a supposed payment or if there is a problem?
@ShivamS not sure what you’re saying the issue is? You saw ads and you received payment. The amount you mentioned sounds about right. Payments have been dropping a bit. Really depends on your OS and the campaigns in your area.

Can you help me answer why I am not receiving rewards?
@nenad985 just to make sure you understand, we view ads in a month and then get paid once per month. So like this payment that occurred in May was for April’s earnings.
If you are saying it had been connected to Uphold back in April and you didn’t receive a payment, then you should do a Rewards Support Ticket at https://support.brave.com/hc/en-us/requests/new?ticket_form_id=360001302431 so someone from Brave can take a closer look at your account and see what might have happened.
But keep in mind to earn it must have been connected. If you didn’t connect to Uphold early in April and instead did it at the end of the month or here in May, then likely your first payment would be in June.
Payouts officially begin around the 7th/8th of each month. Sometimes they’ll land earlier, and other times they’ll take several days or weeks to complete. And like I said, it always pays for the prior month. So if we viewed 800 ads in April, we get paid for that in May’s payout.

Thank for your reply… but as you can see from my attached picture I see no BAT in my rewards dashboard after viewing almost 135 adds now in MAY and still balance is 0.00 BAT.
My account is connected to Uphold.
@nenad985 you ignore what I said? You don’t get the BAT instantly. It only goes up when the monthly payout happens. The ads we see now in MAY will be paid to us in June.
In that picture it also says:
The 0.00 BAT you see is the actual balance of BAT in your Uphold account. If you haven’t been connected long enough to have your first payout, then of course it will be 0. Then when it does pay you’ll see it go up. Of course, if you withdraw it then it will go back to 0 again.
I understand that rewards in May will be paid in June. But I thought I would see amount of BAT earned through month! Currentl is 12 May and in my Dashboard it says 125 adds and 0.00 BAT. I thought I would see some BAT that is would get later. So I can not see progres through month you are telling me?
There is no such thing as estimated earnings or anything. They used to show it they removed that this year. So now all you do is see the count of how many ads you saw and then you get paid during the normal payout.
Ok. Now it is more clear for me. Then I will wait for payout for May. Hopefully it will work. Because for April I did not get anything.
