BAT are on browser wallet but not Uphold Wallet

Description of the issue: I received my BAT by completing captcha (circle, square, triangle) to my browser balance, but not to my Uphold wallet balance. In October my BAT were instant transferred to Uphold. Steps to Reproduce (add as many as necessary): 1. 2. 3.
