Description of the issue:
Launching a new tab from a link contained within another application such as email or terminal will cause xfce popup: Failed to execute default Web Browser. Input/output error. Underlying reason is a seg fault from brave browser invocation.
**Steps to Reproduce (add as many as necessary):
- Launch Brave initially
- Launch new brave link: /opt/brave.com/brave/brave http://www.YOURSITE.com/

Segmentation fault (core dumped)
Expected result:
