Description of the issue: the search bar widget is gone! I updated the app and went to click on my home page to search on brave, and was met with a blank space
How can this issue be reproduced?
It’s not there, update app, and go look for the search bar
There is some garbage that they replaced it with but it’s clunky and has way more options than just search!
I saw talk of them saying that they removed it, but I don’t think the developers thought through what this change would do to the client base, especially those of us who need everything a certain way in a certain place, and they just changed that on us
Expected result:
Put out an update to the app that has the search bar reinstated! And don’t remove it again.

So, I have to slap on the Chrome search widget, then open links in Brave after searching. Why is Brave acting all quirky? I created a macro that is a simple red widget, and when you click on it, the search tab in Brave is launched. Until Brave developers make that widget back, we can use this approach.
