Description of the issue:
Scrolling through tabs (when not in the tab switcher) is broken on iOS. It repeatedly snaps to the currently loaded tab and prevents you from scrolling away. This has been broken for many, many months.
How can this issue be reproduced?
- Open many tabs on iOS
- Load any of them
- Attempt to scroll to another tab
Expected result:
You should be able to scroll to any open tab.
