Scrolling doesn't follow mouse if want to select all page content

hello,
I noticed that if I want to copy all [e] or some of the text on a page for saving by dragging the mouse in brave the highlighting stops just above bottom of the visible page and will not scroll down unlike other applications and so I have to copy/paste in blocks.

hello, doesn’t happen all the time and might not be Brave issue. Noticed that recently if click on arrow of scroll bar to scroll down that page will continue scrolling and not stop until I click back on scroll bar.
