Screen issue on Brave

I have noticed a small issue that occurs occasionally only on Brave browser. When I am scrolling through a webpage, a part of the image or visual content sometimes freezes for a few seconds before it catches up with the rest of the page. This happens sporadically and doesn’t seem tied to a specific website or type of content.

Brave Version( 1.73.101`):

Clear cache, as a routine.

Possibly:

  • Graphics Acceleration (aka Hardware Acceleration) problem . . . so, locate the Graphics / Hardware Acceleration switch in your Brave Browser settings, and test.

  • Some extension(s) you have installed; test

  • Add an extra Brave Browser Profile for testing

Note about multiple Brave Browser Profiles:

If using Profile 1:

  • Profile 1 window(s) open
  • Profile 2 window(s) closed

If using Profile 2:

  • Profile 1 window(s) closed
  • Profile 2 window(s) open
