Example, when trying to make an account on a new exchange and verify my identity with a photo, it’s almost impossible to use the browser because the page keeps flashing between a blank site and the actual site. When trying to move the mouse it vanishes and then comes back for a split second and then vanishes again.
any ideas/solutions?
