Saving a URL changed URL

Description of the issue:
When I try to save a URL from Youtube, the URL is saved incorrectly in the bookmarks as well as in my reading list. After trying to call it up, the URL is not found because it was changed by Brave before saving.

How can this issue be reproduced?

  1. go e.g. to the channel https://www.youtube.com/@itsIanOnYouTube/videos
  2. save the page as a bookmark or in the reading list
  3. look at the saved URL or call up the URL

URL Before: https://www.youtube.com/@itsIanOnYouTube/videos
URL After: https://www.youtube.com/IanOnYouTube/videos

Expected result:

The link is saved as it is specified and also called up as it was saved.
