Description of the issue:
Brave does not store passwords in gnome-keyring

Steps to Reproduce:

  1. Login to any website
  2. Click on yes when brave asks to save the password
  3. Open your keyring

Actual Result:
The password is not saved in the keyring but in braves password storage

Expected result:
The password should be saved in gnome-keyring

Reproduces how often:
Every time

Brave Version:
0.61.50 Chromium: 73.0.3683.67

Reproducible on current live release:
Don’t know
