SAVE button of CLEANING BROWSER DATA ON EXIT grey out

Description of the issue:
SAVE button of CLEANING BROWSER DATA ON EXIT grey out when CLEAR BROWSER PAGE is linked from HISTORY page (Picture 1). But that button works properly when CLEAR BROWSER PAGE is linked from Settings> Privacy and security (Picture 2).

Picture 1: I have checked 4 boxes (these 4 are unchecked originally) but the save button greyed out.

How can this issue be reproduced?

Expected result:
The save button shouldn’t grey out if I have changed any settings.

Brave Version( check About Brave):
v1.45.127
