Description of the issue:
Desktop version (Windows 7 Pro) of Brave Rewards shows options to view 7-day ads history and monthly rewards statements. Android (11) version of Brave has no 7-day ads history or monthly rewards statements. Using most recent versions of Brave on both devices.

Expected result:
Ability to view 7-day ads history and monthly rewards statements on Android device.

1.25.71; Chromium 91.0.4472.88
