Briefly describe your issue:
After reconciliation, only a partial amount of the earnings was accounted. This issue has occurred in the last three months. This month the accounted amount is less than 50%.
It was my understanding that the issue has been identified and fixed, and the earnings that moved across to the next months would be paid now. Apparently it is not the case.
