Running Brave from Citrix Storefront (7.15)

o Windows Server 2012R2
o Brave version 0.22.669
o Citrix XenDesktop 7.11

  • Is the Brave browser supported in a Citrix XenDesktop environment?

  • I have successfully installed the Brave Browser on my XenApp 7.11 server and I can launch it if I log into the server directly, however it will not launch as an application published via Citrix Studio.

  • I have tried the following parameters within my Citrix Studio application:
    o First attempt:
    Path to executable file: %SystemDrive%\Users\Eciadmin\AppData\Local\Brave\Brave.exe
    Command line arguments: --disable-gpu
    Working directory: %SystemDrive%\Users\Eciadmin\AppData\Local\Brave\app-0.22.669

    o Second attempt:
    Path to executable file: %LocalAppData%\Brave\Brave.exe
    Command line arguments: --disable-gpu
    Working directory: %LocalAppData%\Brave\app-0.22.669

    o Third attempt:
    Path to executable file: C:\Users\Eciadmin\AppData\Local\Brave\Brave.exe
    Command line arguments: --disable-gpu
    Working directory: C:\Users\Eciadmin\AppData\Local\Brave\app-0.22.669

All attempts generate a completely blank white window, nothing ever appears, and I need to forcibly close the application.
