Right-click search in private window stuck on brave

Description of the issue:
How can this issue be reproduced?
although my default search engine for private window is Google, when I right-click highlighted text it gives me an option to search in brave!!!

1.make sure your search engine for private window is Google
2.open private window and visit any website with text
3.highlight a text then right-click on it

Expected result:
to give you a search option for the defaulted search engine not brave when brave not selected!
Brave Version( check About Brave):
Version 1.45.123 Chromium: 107.0.5304.110 (Official Build) (64-bit)
Additional Information:
normal window works as intended.

For this to work, try changing the search engine to Google In Normal Window not in Private Window.

1. Open the Menu icon_MM.png
2. Navigate to: Settings —> Search Engine
