Yes, I have already tried reporting as you recommend. I reported this issue again a few days ago. Unfortunately, as with previous applications, there was no response to this last one, I did not receive any information that the application was in progress or that it had been accepted, nor did I receive confirmation by e-mail (I checked SPAM). That’s why I decided to describe the problem here, because I don’t really know what to do next.
