Rewards say they've transferred but haven't appeared in Gemini since 5/1/2023

**Briefly describe your issue: I have not received any BAT since May 1st of 2023 according to the transfers record on Gemini. The brave browser indicates, and has indicated that rewards have been transferring. My version is up to date.

Apparently not anymore. I’m in the United States. Why is the United States no longer supported for Brave Rewards?

It is supported for Brave Rewards. It’s Gemini that is no longer supported for new connections and all. Gemini integration kind of got screwed up after they got sued by several places and was facing a lot of backlash over Genesis and all. Then also had changes in regulations in Canada where Gemini kind of pulled back and stopped offering support for a lot of tokens, including BAT (just in Canada)

You’ll want/need to create a Rewards Support Ticket at https://support.brave.com/hc/en-us/requests/new?ticket_form_id=360001302431 so someone from Brave can take a closer look and help you figure out what’s going on.

I have waited a long time, sort of. I have a lot on my plate with 4 kids and teaching. It took this long for me to look into the issue.

Unofficially from me (just another user who helps out here, not employed by Brave):

Honestly, based on timing and all, my assumption is the system had flagged/suspended your account for unusual activity. Back around the time you’re speaking of is when they had a lot of people flagged due to changes in antifraud system, as you can see at PSA: Current Rewards Issues (June 2023) *UPDATED* and then PSA: Flagged accounts issue (August 2023 update)

The only challenge here is they essentially removed the flags from all accounts at that time. Anyone still flagged would likely be permanently flagged/suspended. This is what you’ll likely be told, that it’s flagged and won’t be reinstated. But that’s just a wild guess based on everything I mentioned.

Negatives said, I’ll be hoping you have better luck and things get resolved for you.
