Hello,
Rewards not working for me since half of April.
I haven’t received any bat rewards for viewing sponsored images or normal Pop up Ads. (which i dont get anymore). I checked the region schedule and it should work, but when I view sponsored ads it doesn’t update the counter on the new tab page or on the Brave Rewards page.
I tried reset Brave rewards and reinstalling Brave but the New page counter is still frozen and in Rewards page there is happening nothing either. I even think my rewards are broken as you can see in the Screenshot.

All this happend after using the Youtube-Music-Brave-App you can use after installing from Brave… all my Passworts and Settings from Brave were deletet after that and even the counter was different that my normal… so i deleted the App and now everything is back but my rewards are frozen and dont work. Maybe the Apps create anything like a second User on Brave ? I dont know, thats why i am here. I hope for your reply.

Thank you for reporting! Please DM with the following information:

  • Copy/paste your Wallet ID (found on brave://rewards-internals)
  • Your OS and Brave version (first three lines in brave://version)
  • A screenshot of your Rewards panel in Settings --> Brave Rewards.
