Rewards not transfered to uphpld wallet

I use brave browser on two PC, the rewards on the PC-2 are transfered each monthbut the rewards on the PC-1 are not this for the second month. Would you mind resolve this problem please.

Version 1.24.85 Chromium: 90.0.4430.212

the problem persists, the BAT still not transfered to uphold for the 3rd month.

It’s no one is getting the payments
The support team is saying it’s troubleshooting the problem
But no results yet been waiting for soo long

The Brave rewards are still accumulated (not transfered to uphold wallet) for the 4t months. You still not giving any solution or clear response.

How many devices/profiles have you linked to your Uphold wallet? This includes reinstalling Brave or your OS, resetting or replacing your device, etc.

). The more then 20 BAT rewards are still pending and not transfered to uphold wallet on one PC.

Have you tried unlinking and relinking that PC to your Uphold account?

Yes I do it many times without any success.

Does it complete the relinking process? Does your wallet show “verified”?

Yes my wallet show “verified” just same as my second PC.

Try this on the “problem” PC and see whether it helps (you will have to unlink it first):

  1. Go to Uphold.com and log in independently of the Brave Rewards verification flow
  2. Once logged in, go into Brave Rewards and verify wallet
  3. Follow steps
  4. Wallet verification should be successful (in “Wallet verified” state)

I tried to disconnect from uphold and tried to connect again, it ask me to “Verify it’s you”

I verified from my email. so I can connect directly to uphold website as you see in fig below

but it not connect in brave browser see fig below

I tried many times but it not connect and ask again to verify that it’s me.

So brave is not stable; would you mind resolve it please.

That’s showing that your Brave browser and your Brave Rewards are already connected. Is this on the PC that is NOT transferring rewards?

Yes it is. but I still have 16 Bat not transfered to uphold wallet.

Thank you for reporting! Please DM with the following information:

  • Copy/paste your Wallet ID (found on brave://rewards-internals)
  • Your OS and Brave version (first three lines in brave://version)
  • A screenshot of your Rewards panel in Settings --> Brave Rewards.
