Rewards issue - Your request is still being processed, please wait

I’ve had this message for the past week or so, with no sign that it will ever be resolved:
‘Your request is still being processed, please wait.’

I can’t view my rewards settings as this message has no option to be closed. I can’t transfer my BAT. Has anyone come across a solution to this?
