@holanik did you have an existing Uphold account or is it new? Keep in mind that according to https://support.brave.com/hc/en-us/articles/6539887971469 and https://support.uphold.com/hc/en-us/articles/360026786712-Non-Supported-Geographies- new accounts can’t be made in Turkey.

When you say it still refers to https://support.brave.com/hc/en-us/articles/9053832354957 then that is answered by me at PSA: Current FAQ - #16 by Saoiray if you can check that out. Short answer is you need to change settings on your device to get rid of Russia for region.
