Rewards from march disappeared

Hello,

i had ± 4 BAT in my estimated rewards and they simply disappeared after the monthly cycle changed.

I have tried contacting the support but i’m still waiting on an answer. Something like 10 days have passed.

This is obviously a very feel bad situation. How can i fix this?
