Rewards didn't arrive to my verified Gemini wallet this month, although browser says the opposite (+pic)

I am using Brave Beta (PC), with a verified Gemini wallet. Clicking rewards icon, it says that my rewards arrived to my wallet (40 hours ago approx.) , but that is not correct!

Please, give me a solution, rewards are approx. 10,000 BATs, and this time it is suspiciously delaying too much.

@JoseLuis Sorry for the delayed response here. In order to get you assistance, best bet will be for you to create a Rewards Support Ticket so someone from Brave can investigate this for you.

Once you create a support ticket, you’ll receive a confirmation email with your ticket number. Hang onto that in case you need to reference it later. Also be advised all follow-up communication will occur via email. So keep an eye out on your inbox and your spam/junk folders.
