Rewards collected getting reduced as new month starts but getting even more reduced that the arriving in 7 days message specifies

as of September ends, I had collected approx 4.456 bat but on the 1st of October the message that specified arriving in 7 days reduced that to 4.326
now after 7 days on 8 October, the amount of bat I received have reduced to 4.250
any one care to explain why do they keep reducing -_-
